The University of Newcastle Industry Scholarship Scheme (UNISS) is delighted to invite you to apply for an industry based scholarship with Abigroup Contractors Pty Ltd. This scholarship is valued at $66,000 (tax free for the recipient) over the duration of the scholarship (4 yrs).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake industry placements with Abigroup via:

• 2 x 10 week industry placements

• PLUS a 48 week full time industry placement (gap year from study)

• Final year project

You are eligible and encouraged to apply for this scholarship if you:

• are an Australian citizen or permanent resident

• are enrolled as a 2nd year full-time student in the Bachelor of Construction Management (Building)

• If shortlisted for interview, are available to attend an interview

• have achieved a UAI approximately 5-10 points above the advertised cut-off for the degree program
